Premis provides detailed survey information on all existing assets within an
organisation including equipment and furniture.
Our team operates hand-held bar code readers providing adhesive labels to all
assets as part of the survey. This ensures an ongoing log of assets as the
organisation alters and develops over the coming years.
Detailed information is registered and logged in the handsets for later
download and analysis. Information guided by the client can include:

A digital photograph can also be taken and inserted into the data. With this
information the project team is able to make strategic decisions on procurement
of new equipment and furniture, estimate replacement values, disposal costs,
and relocation costs.
