Premis Transition Management offers a unique service to help prepare an organisation to function in its new or altered facility. We will work with your staff to document their assumptions of how they will operate in their new environment.

Changes may include; departmental restructure, operational process changes, new systems, equipment, furniture, adjacencies and services. Premis will review this document and advise on the impact of the changes to the organisation's staff from day one and going forward.
