Risk Analysis
At the commencement of any transition project, Premis provides a risk analysis
and assessment. This process creates a working risk document, which lists all
minor to major risks associated with the relocation.
The document includes any element, which could have an impact on the project
and would either delay its completion. Associated tasks are assigned to
relevant individuals to be implemented in advance of the works being completed.
This exercise ensures all risks are identified at an early stage of the project
and are subsequently reduced or removed.
